- "Data" refers to all data, datasets, analysis results, including but not limited to Cell Significance Index (CSI) and Relative CSI (rCSI) scores, data fingerprints, charts, tables, visualizations, and any other information provided by the Service.
- "Content" refers to the text, graphics, logos, website design, and all other materials created by us that are part of the Service, excluding the Data.
2. Data Usage and Licensing
Our primary mission is to support academic and non-commercial research. To that end, all Data generated and provided by Genular is licensed under the:

This license allows you to freely:
- Share: Copy and redistribute the Data in any medium or format.
- Adapt: Remix, transform, and build upon the Data for any non-commercial purpose.
You must do so under the following conditions:
- Attribution (BY): You must give appropriate credit to Genular by citing us as specified in Section 3 below. You must provide a link to the license and indicate if changes were made.
- NonCommercial (NC): You may not use the Data for commercial purposes. A commercial use is one primarily intended for or directed toward commercial advantage or monetary compensation.

3. How to Cite Genular
If you use Data from Genular in your academic work, presentations, or publications, you are required to cite the platform. Please use the following format:

Genular integrates data from numerous third-party public databases, including but not limited to NCBI, UniProt, the Human Protein Atlas, and STRING. While we provide this information in an integrated and processed format under our CC BY-NC 4.0 license, you acknowledge that the original data is subject to the terms, licenses, and citation requirements of the source database.
It is your responsibility to be aware of and comply with the original licensing and usage terms of these third-party data sources. We encourage you to consult the original data providers for their specific policies.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Data Accuracy
The Service and the Data are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied. While we make significant efforts to ensure the quality and integrity of our analysis, [Genular & Atomic Lab] does not warrant that the Data is accurate, complete, reliable, or current.
Furthermore, you acknowledge that certain content, such as descriptive summaries for genes and cells, is generated by an automated Large Language Model (LLM). This AI-generated content is provided for convenience and exploratory purposes only and is not a substitute for expert human curation or primary literature. We explicitly disclaim any warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of this LLM-generated content, which may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or "hallucinations."
Your use of any Data is strictly at your own risk. It is your sole responsibility to independently verify any findings from both our computational analysis (e.g., CSI, rCSI) and AI-generated summaries before using them for critical applications, publications, or clinical decision-making.
